meatysoviet: (Gonna party like its 1939)

[Video] 005

[There's not much to begin with, just a stretch of grassland on what looks to be just outside of Goldenrod. The camera is a fiddled with a little bit before the the Russian's torso and waist mottle the camera's view, the soviet in overly casual attire as he takes a step back, his body shifting as he speaks to someone on the other side of the camera lens.]

Is running?

Scy...

Angles is good?

Munchlah~!

Good. Get over here.

[He crouches down, thumbing down one of the braces attatched to his pants before looking into the camera, flipping his fringe to the side before speaking. His pokémon can be seen walking past him, his Scyther standing patiently while his Munchlax appears to be something akin to calf stretches... If it had calves that is.]

Know this is public- is only public since am not knowing how to switch over to private video, if such thing exists. Because of this, stop watching, video of mine is none of your business.

[He pulls away, checking the angle one more time before grabbing something off screen and walking over to his Pokemon, the item turning out to be a thick branch, the Russian looking at his team before lunging forward--

That's when all hell breaks loose and they all apparently start trying to kill each other. Thankfully, there seems to be very minimal success of that happening from all parties. Not that there isn't alot of hits being landed, it's just Johto seems to be a little more forgiving when it comes to injurys than most places. This fight looks like it's going to take awhile, though the reason its being filmed still isn't overly certain to anyone other than the group that are far to busy ripping each others hair out in clumps to comment on anything.]

What the -

What in the world is going on?!

[IVAN WHAT ARE YOU DOING]

Re: video

[identity profile] meatysoviet.livejournal.com 2011-11-20 04:19 pm (UTC)(link)
[OH HAI MINNIE. Hold on a sec, let him kick of the little Munchlax trying to scratch the crap out of his leg and call off the Scyther trying to cut off his arm and he'll get to you in a second. His pokémon party seem quite happy for this to happen. She'll have to excuse to various injuries to all three individuals for now, it won't be addressed regardless.]

Am training. Monsters need to be trained afterall.

[Because fighting off your party with a branch is the best way of training them. He should write books.]

video

[identity profile] her-mouse-jesty.livejournal.com 2011-11-20 04:21 pm (UTC)(link)
That's not training! You're beating them! Stop it, stop it!

[This is one of the worst things she's ever seen, and she's been kidnapped before, mind you. She's almost in tears, frightened by this whole display.]

video

[identity profile] meatysoviet.livejournal.com 2011-11-20 04:42 pm (UTC)(link)
[He seems a little stunned for a second, looking back at him 'mon and then back to the camera, giving the closest thing he can to a pout through a split lip and fold his arms in the best act of defiance he can think of.]

If I am beating them, they are beating me just as much.

[All of the indignance here Minnie. All of it.]

video

[identity profile] her-mouse-jesty.livejournal.com 2011-11-20 04:45 pm (UTC)(link)
None of you should be beating each other!

[why is this something that needs to be EXPLAINED]

You're a team, you're supposed to work together, care about each other! This is just cruel!

[identity profile] of-france.livejournal.com 2011-11-20 10:40 pm (UTC)(link)
Why...

There is a private video function. It's where you select audio, video, or text; you can indicate if you want the transmission sent to a person in particular.

[He just about hears that, and plays about with the function once he's free of the tangle of limbs that are his current party, fumbling with the 'Gear a little before making a noise of contentment.]

Ahh, I see now. Did not notice that before.

Thank you France~

[What is this 'care' you speak of? It's sounds so familiar, but he just can't put his finger on it...]

We are working together; I am learning how to beat them without any monsters aid and they are learning that humans are viable targets also.

See? Is strong teamwork. Good for team.

[identity profile] of-france.livejournal.com 2011-11-20 10:58 pm (UTC)(link)
It's no problem.

Was that a training exercise, or...?

[identity profile] meatysoviet.livejournal.com 2011-11-20 11:07 pm (UTC)(link)
[He'll give a nod and a half grunted 'hmm' in confirmation, flicking a bit of clotting blood from his lip with his thumb.]

Am hitting wall with training against other monsters, and is good for Catherine since she has lower level than Dipshit.

Dipshit is slow, very slow, so have given him machine that makes him faster, but need to learn to use it properly. Catherine needs to learn to make hits count as Dipshit did... And I am needing to learn how to take out monsters for when both Dipshit and Catherine are indisposed.

[Tactics man, he has tactics and reasons for all this.]

[He's just going to stare for as bit, considering he's not too surprised either. He's currently sitting at the kitchen table of Nanao's house.]

How will you do such things with your new Gyarados?

[identity profile] of-france.livejournal.com 2011-11-20 11:27 pm (UTC)(link)

I personally prefer not to use technical machines on my pokemon, but they can give them certain advantages in areas they're struggling in. What machine are you using to increase his speed?

[identity profile] meatysoviet.livejournal.com 2011-11-20 11:30 pm (UTC)(link)
Had not thought of that...

[Pondering... Pondering...]

Will have to make sure it understands who is master and who is servant first. Definitely will have to break Failure in.

[You heard right- he's going to rodeo break in a giant Dragon fish. He is obviously not comprehending the situation a genius.]

[Video] HURRDURR just noticed I put the wrong TM on Dipshit on my pokemon entry /changes

[identity profile] meatysoviet.livejournal.com 2011-11-20 11:35 pm (UTC)(link)
Mmm? Oh, which one?

[He'll have to look it up on the 'Dex, one second...]

'Double team'. Seems to be working I think.

[identity profile] gochuugoku.livejournal.com 2011-11-20 11:43 pm (UTC)(link)
But it's a dragon.

[Isn't the point he's trying to make obvious?]

[Video] Oh, man, I have the hardest time keeping up with all the pokemon details XD;;

[identity profile] of-france.livejournal.com 2011-11-20 11:50 pm (UTC)(link)

I'm not personally familiar with that move; I don't believe any of my pokemon have learned it naturally.

Does it have any applications that would be useful for my designation as a Breeder?

Re: [Video] I just put them all in a graph because it looked like absolute crap before.

[identity profile] meatysoviet.livejournal.com 2011-11-20 11:58 pm (UTC)(link)
"Double Team increases the user's evasion by one stage. Double Team will do nothing if the user's evasion has reached a stage of +6."

[He is obviously just reading what his pokédex is telling him, his obvious squinting at the screen making it less discreet than he probably wanted. Oh well.]

Have no idea if is beneficial to a breeder or not... Unless one of your monsters enjoys playing hard to get~

[identity profile] meatysoviet.livejournal.com 2011-11-20 11:59 pm (UTC)(link)
Am going to need to make some very large reins then.

[Nnnnnnnnnnnnope.]

[identity profile] gochuugoku.livejournal.com 2011-11-21 12:10 am (UTC)(link)
You cannot control a dragon, aru! One can earn its trust and frienship, but never its heart and mind.

[These are beings below the gods after all.]

[identity profile] meatysoviet.livejournal.com 2011-11-21 12:28 am (UTC)(link)
You deal with dragons one way, I deal with them another.

[Considering dragons were used to depict the Tatar and Turkish way back when he was scared of them fighting them he is far from happy with Yao's idealogy.]

Will teach it who is master and which is beast in whatever way works.

[He gives an irritated sigh.]

Just don't get eaten...

Re: [video]

[identity profile] meatysoviet.livejournal.com 2011-11-21 02:17 am (UTC)(link)
I'll make sure to coat self in what upsets its stomach just to be sure.

Will not eat me twice at least.

[While he knows that pain is a complete bitch (especially what he imagines getting eaten to be like) He's not quite out of the country mindset yet.

Getting eaten might change that.]

[identity profile] gochuugoku.livejournal.com 2011-11-21 02:37 am (UTC)(link)
You should get yourself a talisman too, aru.

[identity profile] meatysoviet.livejournal.com 2011-11-21 02:49 am (UTC)(link)
Maybe.

Do they make talismans in Johto?

[identity profile] gochuugoku.livejournal.com 2011-11-21 02:58 am (UTC)(link)
I... don't really know, aru. I never had to look for one.

I could make one.
